NHE host Scott Murphy chats to writer/director Adam Stovall about his debut feature, the supernatural romance, “A Ghost Waits.” A film that made its world premiere at Glasgow Frightfest and was one of the hits of the festival.
In the interview (the interview begins at 2:15), we talk to Adam about that premiere and some of the emotional responses he received from that event. Also, we get into how he brought the film together on a micro-budget. He also opens up about the autobiographical elements of the picture and how he managed to balance his roles as director, writer, editor, and producer of the film (he even makes a cameo too!). And exactly why he probably would not do that again on his next project.
Plus, we get into Adam’s long and winding journey towards filmmaking, which takes in sketch comedy, film journalism, and film production.
